We also provide education and support regarding menstrual health, addressing topics such as irregular periods, heavy bleeding, menstrual pain, etc.
In addition, we offer comprehensive contraceptive counselling to help them make informed decisions about contraception, discuss the different options available, including both hormonal and non-hormonal methods, and provide guidance on their effectiveness, benefits, and potential side effects.
